I am new growing hops for the first time and something is rapidly destroying the leaves. To me it looked more like mildew and spreads most during rain, but I also, saw tiny mite like critters crawling around on top of the soil. Because of this I applied some neem oil, but that may be wilting the leaves. Any ideas what it may be or suggestions what to do would be greatly appreciated.
Any idea what is ailing my hops? I am new to growing hops.
