Any good hoppy extract recipes??

I like hoppy beers like IPA's but not so much the bitterness so pale ales are my favorite to brew. I brewed Liberty pale ale out of the How to Brew book and was pretty damn good but want more hop flavor and aroma. I would like to know any good ale recipes that are full of hop flavor and aroma!! Dry hopping is what im lookin to do but what hops are best for this.

I've been thinking of brewing Liberty Pale Ale and maybe adding .5 oz cascade at flameout, or even dry hopping with 1 oz cascade.

125 IBU (mine turned out a lot higher from the hops I had available)

It is extract and grain but the grain is just for steeping so it is still easy.

There are a lot of articles on hop additions, and I really enjoyed this article from mrmalty on hopping, http://www.mrmalty.com/late_hopping.htm (it is older). Any hop should work just fine for dry hopping, but I tend to use the left over hops from the recipe.
