Any Brewmaster Game Players?

I've been trying to figure this game out and right from the start in the tutorial I'm stuck. The first task is to fill a boil kettle with 5.5 gallons of water. But when I do this the checkbox in this step remains unchecked and the next task is not provided. Anyone else experience this?

You're making me want to pull out the gaming laptop just to remember how to do it.. It's been a while since I played it. I remember getting stuck a couple of times but figuring it out.
