Any brewers in the Conway Area?

I'm thinking about planting some hops, Bruce has several plants in his yard. He said he could get me a rhyzome off of his Cascade. I just need to find a place in my yard to plant it.

I'm thinking I'll pass this year...unless Adam gives me a bunch again. I have way more pellet hops than I can use as it is... as you well know Eric... LOL

Ya, I do too. Matter of fact, I ordered another 5 lbs or so from Yakima a few months back. I still have the plant I got from you, it should come back just fine again this year.

Other than Cascade, what varieties seem to do good around here? I’m down in Benton am looking to plant some hops this year as well. Not much of a green thumb, but can’t hurt to try.....

I honestly don't know, I haven't heard that any particular variety does bad though either. Our climate is a little warm for hops, but they grow.

Thanks, guess I’ll roll the dice and see what happens. At under $5 per plant, at least the investment side isn’t too daunting.
