Anvil or brewtech kettle

Which one should I go with? Doing mostly extract and going to start BIAB soon.

I went with a 15 gallon Brewbuilt for 5 gallon BIAB no regrets at all I went with a concord wide dip tube and it all worked out very nice . It has welded fittings I believe the 2 your looking at are weldless if that matters to you.

What’s the reason some like weld and weldless

Welded fittings are welded in and part of the kettle, weldless fittings your using washers, orings and nuts to seal a hole in your kettle as in this picture

vs this one which has welded on fittings

I like welded it has no parts to fail

Size is much more important than brand. Get one large enough for the biggest beer you ever plan to brew.

I have all weldless fitting and in 7 years have not had any problems at all.
