Another VT Homebrewer

Hi All,

I am a brewer from Vermont (USA). I am in the process of building a 3-level electric system. I am considering wrapping my 25 gallon mash tun with a removable pex-tube insulation jacket, rather than a HERMS setup. Has anyone does this? I'd love to know their experience.
