Hey all,
I have some admissions to make. First of which is that I don't like beer. No, seriously. However, I'm completely fascinated by Zymology and all that it offers. I'm perhaps most interested in the science of it all and I have been for the past 5 or 6 years. I'm 22 and I just received my B.S. in Biology, so hopefully I can add some things to the forum concerning the science of everything. Perhaps I'll start a brew in the future, but if I start it'll probably be Ed's Apfelwein recipe.
