Hello, I found this site when I was looking for a local homebrew shop to go purchase some starting supplies, and actually, because one of the members mentioned that they were from the general area I was searching in, this was the first link in google. So I thought i would look around because If there is one thing that I've learned in my other Hobby (Riding and wrenching a 1980 Suzuki GS550E Motorcycle) its that the best way to enjoy your hobby is to have a wealth of experienced information at your disposal, coming from people who have been enjoying the same hobby for years.
And in truth I can definitely say that I have already benifited greatly from the expedience here.
So about me..... I'm almost 23 so I've only been drinking for just shy of 2 years, and am still developing my taste for the different varieties of beer, but I'm enjoying the process. For my first brew, I'm making a Vienna Ale (Vienna Lager kit from BB) and am about a week into the fermentation cycle. It's going to take alot og self control for me to hold off on this stuff till its sat awhile and is truly ready. I'm definitely going to start another batch as soon as my primary is empty so that I will have a well seasoned beer sitting in the bottle while I enjoy my first batch.
