I'm not saying this is a scam but be sure. This happened to me once when ordering a chest freezer via Walmart. It was a scam being run from Vietnam. The freezer was literally out for delivery when Walmart figured it out and canceled the order.

Do you mind if i ask.. how was it a scam? The seller through Walmart? If ut was out for delivery... there was a product on the way, right?
Sorry... i like to stay up to date on these scams... i do not see where the scam was.
