I've been a lurker here for months and finally broke down and signed up. There's a ton of info here that has helped me immeasurably and with any luck, I can return the favor every once in awhile.
Like many others, I got a Mr. Beer for Christmas but that didn't last long...after just a couple of batches, I switched to full volume boil BIAB on a propane burner. A lot of that is simply because my wife didn't like the smell in the kitchen so I was forced to move outside....haha!
Right now I have 5 gallons of monster IPA going into bottles after 10 days of dry hop and 5 gallons of Edwort's Oktoberfest ale that's a week into primary. a batch of Pilsner is going into primary later today and I'm planning on trying the world famous OktoberFAST recipe after that.
