So I'm getting a 15 gal kettle. The thing is how much do I really need to spend?
Would something like this from AIH work?

Or am I better off spending more and getting something from spikes?

I'd like to try to keep the price down as buying all this equipment is expensive.

Are there other brands you prefer?
Mostly I will start with extract brewing 5 gal batches.. Then move on to all grain Belgium style beers like duvel. Yum

I also saw a concord for about 90 on amazon.

Thanks

I'm a fan of the Update International SS pots. You can get them on Amazon. I think the part is SPS-60 for a 15 g. You'd need to have it drilled for a ball valve.

I just bought a Concord 20g for $115 shipped on Amazon. Very well constructed and a great value. You could get the 15g, and add a weldless valve and thermo for around $150 total.
