Another A++ for HopsDirect

I placed a 4# order from HopsDirect (Citra leaf, Tradition pellet, Saaz US pellet, Columbus pellet). Order confirmation and shipping info came that same night. Hops were supposed to be delivered Friday, Feb 12 but due to the snowstorm the east coast had, they were delivered Monday the 15th (yesterday). No big deal for the shipping hold up cause it was kind of expected it on my end. However, I open the package and instead of the Tradition, I have a pound of Tettnanger pellet. I e-mail them immediately (would have called but I was at work) and tell them the situation and let them know I have the e-mailed order confirmation that has Tradition listed on it. Later that night my Blackberry goes off saying I have a UPS shipment coming from HopsDirect! I guess this wouldn't be a big deal to most, but the Tettnanger pellets they sent me were $10.75/lb and the Tradition pellets they just sent me were $13.25/lb. Again this doesn't seem like much, but I'm sure there is atleast $5-6 for shipping added to that as well! Great to know there are good people to deal with when it comes to brewing needs! I was actually hoping they would have e-mailed me back before they shipped them cause I would have added more to the order and paid the difference in shipping just to help them out a bit. Oh well, guess I'll just have to place another order in a week or two :rockin:

I buy 99% of my hops from HopsDirect. Outstanding prices and they don't gouge you on the shipping. And in most cases, higher quality (AA%) than you'll find elsewhere.

i bought $25 order from them. some how they messed up and chargered me $320. they fixed it before i even noticed. luckly nothing bounced during that time.(it may have only been seconds... they it was next to each other on my bank account.

i haven't got my order yet, but i'm sure it'll be here in the next 2 days as scheduled.
