another 4912 question

How do you flip the bottom tray? I tried pulling it out but only the top plugs come out and the bottom ones don't want to come out. I guess I am being overly cautious cause I don't want to crack it. But do I need to just apply a little more force? Thanks

are you talking about the one on the door? if so, yeah just push in on the sides and it should come out..

Might have to "bend" it a little. It's pretty flexible, don't worry about it.
