Hi, I've been brewing a while and am thinking about whether to convert my garage to contain 1BBL equipment. Not at all sure about costs. Just wondered how much people would expect to pay for a complete 200L system?

I seem to be finding a pretty wide range online.

Thanks a lots.

I would put away $10K minimal for this; $12-$16K is more realistic.
Spike system with cooler and table is $8K, you could build it yourself and save 30-50%.
You would need to outfit the garage with vent hoods and make the correct adjustments to bring in power. This could cost $1-2K
You need a 1 barrel conical, this will cost you up to $2K.
You need a way to keep it temperature controlled, this will cost a few hundred dollars for a homemade glycol chiller to several thousand for a large walk in cooler.
You need a way to carbonate the finished beer, two half barrel kegs and a cooler big enough to fit them both in would work. Could cost up to $1-2K depending on what solution you choose.

Also, this doesn't belong beginners section. You are asking about setting up a nano brewery, assuming for commercial purposes?

Probrewer.com has a lot of suppliers for the larger brewing systems. Some offer complete turn key systems.

How are you set for water supply?

I don't have time to find the link now, but there's a system called Brewha Biac (I think). Complete all in 1 system including mash, boil, and fermenting.

Just might be something to look in to..
