I think you are confusing the expertise of the pilot with that of CGI creator.

On the surface that appears to be an amazing display of piloting skill. Unfortunately, it has been determined that the video is a hoax. AVWeb aviation news source analyzed the video frame by frame and found that the airplane with the missing wing is different then the airplane first shown. Here is a link
