Any recommendations/constructive criticism on the hop schedule is welcome. I want a hoppy wheat beer so hoping this will do it. Thanks folks!

If you want hoppy (as in ibu), that'll do it. Just did a wheat/rye beer at 35 and found it a tad too bitter for the style. Its still good, but next time 25 ibu to let the grain come through more. I'd be tempted to move your 30 min additions to 10, but that's just my tastes.

I'd second rhys. 20 IBUs on the 60 min addition is usually plenty for bittering, and that's mostly what the 30 min add will give you, too. Maybe put the Cascade at 15-20 min if you're going more for flavore, but 30 seems like a little early.

I've decided that big, juicy, late hop additions go pretty well with wheats, so it sounds like it should be pretty good.

Thanks for the tips @rhys33 and @jonkl ! With HBT being down today I asked for a little help at the LHBS. Mark the owner and new nanobrewery brewer said the same thing...keep it within style and move the hops to later! I appreciate the feedback as always!
