I've been tinkering with some ideas for some more non-traditional fruity hop combinations and Ive come up with this recipe. Anybody care to toss some input on this one?

Apollo's Amarillo Aces Ale

OG: 1.070
FG: 1.011
SRM: 6.1
IBU: 85.5 Tinseth
6.00 Gallons @ 68% Eff

08 lbs 10 oz - Weyermann Pilsner
03 lbs 08 oz - Weyermann Vienna
01 lbs 08 oz - Weyermann Dark Wheat
00 lbs 12 oz - Weyermann Cara Red

.750 oz Magnum - 60 Mins

.333 oz Apollo - 25 Mins
.333 oz Amarillo - 25 Mins
.333 oz Sorachi Ace - 25 Mins

.333 oz Apollo - 15 Mins
.333 oz Amarillo - 15 Mins
.333 oz Sorachi Ace - 15 Mins

.333 oz Apollo - 5 Mins
.333 oz Amarillo - 5 Mins
.333 oz Sorachi Ace - 5 Mins

I'm also working on a similar recipe with Pacific Gem, Pacific Jade, and Pacifica. South Pacific IPA.
 
Hoppy, but intensely fruity. I guess it completely depends on what hop character a person likes in their IPA. This brew is soft on the palatte regarding maltiness and very fruity. Ive since used some trace amounts of Columbus or Chinook in the blend to add a touch of "dankness." If you love big fruity hop bombs...this is a nice recipe.
