9 lbs. Pale Liquid Extract

16 oz Munich Malt
16 oz Carafa II (dehusked)
12 oz Carmel/Crystal 10L

.5 oz Hallertauer @ 60 minutes
.25 oz Cascade @ 30 minutes
.25 oz Cascade @ 15 minutes

White Labs WLP001 California Ale Yeast

I’m going for something dark and high in alcohol but not a heavy alcohol taste or heavy hop flavor.
