I have 5 oz of chinook sitting in the fridge and was thinking: do I do a single hop IPA or maybe switch it up and try an amber or pale with it? Going to brew tomorrow and do partial mashes. I have some good recipes for ipa's, but haven't tried doing an amber or pale yet (wits, scottish, others).
Open for ideas, anyone!:rockin:

If you're going to use all 5 oz in one beer, I'd make it an IIPA, unless you put a TON in very late in the boil. Also, dry hopping with it will be real nice.

IIPA or Ipa?
If I do imperial do I need more hops? The bases I am running with are:

imperial

No ideas for either pale or amber?

I just remembered the Can You Brew It Arrogant Bastard clone is all chinook. If I had 5 oz of chinook, I'd brew that beer. :)
