Where did the name come from? I know they were produced in Washington and how to brew with them, but I'm just curious about the name.
 
Amarillo is Spanish for "yellow." Lupulin is yellow. I dunno.

Also, if my line of reasoning is correct, it's "ahh-mah-ree-oh" and not "am-uh-rill-oh" ;)
