Hey everyone,
Going on my 4th batch as a new brewer and I decided I wanted to try to make my own recipe this time. I took a look at an all Amarillo recipe I found on these forums and modified it a bit.The steeping grains are from an Alesmith IPA clone I found. Do you think I'll be able to get away with using 1 packet of Safale 05 with an OG of 1.070? Mr Malty says I would need 1.2 packets. What do you all think of the recipe? Thanks!
