Hi all, there hasn't been much buzz about this beer, and I wanted to get a discussion going.

This beer is a nice saison in my book- even if the funkyness is less pronounced than say, a Dupont.
It's super smooth, yet undeniably saison-esque.

If I were to brew this, I would start with the French Saison (wyeast 3711)- because of the dryness, low fruity/funky, and clove spiciness in the finish.
I would also keep the temps low...

I can't really discern where the Orange Blossom Honey plays in, but I have no experience with honey, so maybe I'm just not picking it up.

What are your thoughts?
