Hi all, been lurking on here for a while now, thought i would take the plundge and stick my head above the trench.
been brewinf for the last month or so, started out with wine, did a few batches of that, then as that stuff turned out like engine degreaser, it was so strong, a turned to beer.
thought i would say hey to everyone and i look forward to getting on with everyone here, and hopefully make me into a better brewer lmao
