first post on here! but i've been reading a bunch. great ohana and community of people here on this board.
i'm more of a vintner than a brewer, but it does take drinking a lot of good delicious beer drinking to make good delicious wine.
aside from what i've been doing, i'm on here looking to get started making local honey mead (still), and also trying to get a force carbonation set up to bottle up some sparkling wine! trying to navigate through all the forums for any info i could find.
just wanted to toss out Aloha! or if you're on island say Howzit!, & visit me at my shop anytime.
