Not a fan of all late hop IPAs (a prior homebrew club I was in saw them come through infrequently, but occasionally). They miss the background bitterness. I'd get a few IBUs early on and still focus on late additions.

Alternatively - have you experimented with first wort hopping? It's a counter-intuitive technique which works well. You can get that more rounded hoppiness you're after. John Palmer discusses it here:

As to the recipe itself, looks like a solid 5 gallon IPA recipe; Amarillos are great for single-variety beers. A bit higher on the crystal than I'd prefer, but I like a dryer, west-coasty IPA.

I would chop out a bit of that crystal (myself like half a pound) add more 2 row. ... And add a few amarillos at 60 min - at least if you are after a single hop beer. Maybe at 30 too then just keeeeep em coming.
