Santa showed up early in the form of my sister. She visited last week and bought me a 15 gallon BrewRite kettle! Bye-bye old, thin, cheap, 7 gallon, crappy turkey fryer pot! Hello BIAB barleywine!

And for the under $20 family gift exchange, I asked for a can of O2 so I can start oxygenating my wort. Now just have to convince Santa to get me a regulator and stainless steel airstone....

Santa's bringing me some recipe books. I'm hoping he'll stop by for my birthday (2 weeks after xmas on 1/7) and bring me a 6 gallon carboy. I'll serve him some milk stout with his cookies as incentive. Hopefully he won't get a dui while driving his sled.

i have big plans for mine. i want to get into home roasting (mostly for my "Rye, God? RYE?!" project) and without a mill its...well...pointless.

Wort Chiller and temperature controller. No more ice baths for this guy. After doing all grain, and trying to cool with an ice bath, I realized what a mistake that was...beer turned out great but added like 3 hours to the brew day!

Just had a baby so the bathtub I used to put the fermenter in with water and ice bottles is now in use...so temperature controller and fridge it is (darn right).
