I need someone to convert this recipe for me, please. I haven't learned how yet. Thanks.
10lbs 2 row
2lbs crystal 10L
1lb flaked corn
1lb flaked oats

I'm not adding the hops or yeast because it should be the same

The Crystal 10 should be mashed too, ideally.
So that's 4 pounds of "adjuncts" that will require 3-4 pounds of 2-row to keep the average diastatic power (DP) of the grist mix (7-8 pounds) above 35 or 40. That's a big partial mash!

How large is your kettle?

I have an 8gallon, a 5 gallon, and a keggle. But I've been super busy lately and I've been trying to find a way to do this inside and a little quicker with extract

It's the unmalted corn and oats. Unless there are substitutes for them you're pretty much stuck doing some level of mashing with grain that provides the enzymes (ie: your base malt)...

Cheers!
