Are there any all grain recipes I am make with some combination of the following:

1/2 pound black barley
8 oz chocolate malt
6 oz brown malt
4 pounds crystal malt
Irish moss
amylase enzyme
Wyeast Activator 3787

These are some things I have left over from previous brews.
Thanks in advance!

You can't make anything from just what you have. You need to get some base malt as a base, and keep the crystal to 20% or less of the total grain bill.

Brew on :mug:

You could try something like this:

BROWN ALE
7.5 lb 2 Row (80%)
1 lb Crystal (11%)
0.4 lb Chocolate (4.5%)
0.4 lb Rolled oats (4.5%)

The rolled oats add excellent character to a simple brown ale in my opinion. Lightly toasting them beforehand helps.

EDIT: just noticed your 3787 yeast. Guess a brown won't work well for that.

Since you have a Trappist yeast why not something Belgian? Dubbel, Golden Strong, Belgian Specialty?
You'd still need a base malt, say Belgian Pilsner. You don't mention which crystal malt (L).
