All-grain in Arkansas

I've been brewing for about a year and a half now. My son gave me "Extreme Brewing" for Christmas '08 and Sam hooked me. I did about 3 of his extract with specialty grain recipes and, control freak that I am, I jumped to all grain. Having more fun than I can stand!
