Thinking about going a different route with my brewing so I'm testing the waters with my current setup to see if it's worth what I need.
-Has 3 keggles. HLT and Boil kettle have sight glasses calibrated to 15 gallons.
-Stand is beefy .120 wall 2x2 mild steel, tig welded. Single tier on double locking casters. Has arm in front of the mash tun to mount control box if you wanted to upgrade in the future.
-3 10" banjo burners with hard line for plumbing (plumbed for low pressure propane, but can be converted to high pressure or natural gas by swapping out the orifices)
-2 chugger pumps
stainless transfer line from HLT to mash tun to eliminate some of the 1/2" tubing.
-therminator plate chiller with inline thermometer on the "out" side.
-all the 1/2" silicone tubing you need
-ball valve on each keggle and ball valves on the "out" side of each pump.
-all barb fitting are oversized 5/8" barb instead of 1/2"
-mash tun drains very close to the bottom, 1/4" or less (with domed bottom of the keg this makes for very little loss)
This is a sturdy, easy to use setup. I am located in Sonora, CA (about 3 hours from San Francisco or 2 hours from Sacramento). Price is $2000.
