I just kegged my first beer about a week ago. I am natural carbing it. I will leave it in there for 3 weeks. I am in the process of buying all the kegging equipment. When I hook the keg up, and the beer doesn't taste right. Will it be able to age at cold temperatures? Or do I need to take it out in a room at 70 degrees again? One I have tapped the beer, is it okay to take it off age more, then connect the keg again?

Same as for bottled beer, it conditions and carbonates more quickly around 70F.

I swap out kegs, never a problem.
