Thinking about aging a couple brews through the summer here but it gets 100* plus in july/august which leads to our house getting around 80-82* during the day. How will affect it?

I don't have a temperature controlled spot for aging yet, but want to do some bigger brews that are meant to be aged. I thought i've read that temperature control isn't as critical after the initial ferment is complete and final gravity is reached.

Thanks,

Wes

One of my buddies in the south seriously considered digging a hole 5 feet deep in his back yard, and storing his beer in the ground. Ha! OR get a $50 used wine fridge... I'd pay $50 to not break out a shovel. :)
