I do all of my primary in a food grade bucket. Is there a problem with oxidation if I leave it to ferment for 3 plus weeks, but no more them 4?
Thanks
AJ

You can leave in the primary 3 weeks easy. I leave most of my brews in the primary for at least a month. Opinion has changed about needing to get the beer off the yeast after a week and secondaries. You'll be fine.

All the oxygen is displaced by the CO2 unless you are opening your bucket all the time.

agreed. I left a brown ale in the primary for two months out of laziness. The beer scored a 45/50 in a statewide competition.
