I have a few kegs sitting around while I'm gathering the rest of my kegging equipment. I'd like to secondary bigger beers in my kegs then bottle. If I transfer the beer to kegs do I need co2 to seal the lid or can I just put the lid on and let natural co2 build up. I would then age the beer a few months then transfer to a bottling bucket to bottle. Or is it just easier to invest in a beer gun.
