Im playing around with a basic dry stout grain bill but upping the base malts and adding a bit of chocolate malt,cold brewed coffee and a little more hops, let me hear your thoughts

10lbs maris otter
2 lbs flaked barley
1 lb roasted barley
5 oz chocolate malt


all cluster 1.5 oz 60 mins
1.5 oz 10 mins

wyeast 1450

1/2 cup of cold brewed espresso added 5 mins left in boil..

Kinda like a beer I just brewed, probably try it tomorrow night. Standard guiness clone but did cocoa nibs and coffee for 4 days in the keg. Your recipe sounds like a good plan.
 
Seems like a lot of flaked barley for a dry stout, but I'm more into sweet stouts so I'm not sure.

You don't have to make it with espresso to call it a breakfast stout. You can just drink it early in the day.
