Looking for something easy to share for visiting family while showing off my faily new hobby. German Hef yeast is out and gota keep it light on the hops. 1050 OG and about 50/50 Wheat grain bill.
Any favorites or recomendations?

50% wheat malt
50% 2 row malt
2 to 4 ozs. light munich malt
20 IBUs of whatever your favorite noble hop is.
American ale yeast.
Mash at 150 for 45-60 minutes.
