After cold crash

After cold crashing the beer, I transferred it to a keg. Will letting it warm up to room temp affect the beer? I want to throw another carboy in to cold crash it...I don't have enough room for the cold keg and the carboy.

I usually cold crash in a keg and carb. But from what I understand you should be good as long as you don't let it get too warm. Keep it 70 degrees F or below and you'll be golden, no issues. You let it get much higher than 70 and I can't vouch.
