Two weeks ago i bottled my bomm meade into bottles and left them in my wine rack in a horizontal manner. 2 day while walking by my rack i saw a white layer sticking to my bottle. I can compare it with " a chalk layer on your bathroom sink" . Does anyone know what this is?

Sounds like it's simply yeast sediment falling out of suspension in the bottle, unless there's a lot (1/8 inch or more) I wouldn't worry; just pour slowly & carefully to enjoy. You can avoid this in the future by either filtration or just letting the sediment fall out in the carbouy (tertiary).
Regards, GF.
