The wheat i brewed should have ended up at about 1.012 but when i checked today in preperation for bottling it was at 1.020. The beer tastes just like it should and actually better than i expected. no sweatness at all. should i just assume it is where it is an bottle. it's been in a sealed airlocked primary the whole time and this is the first time i've opened it.

I would check again in 48 hours or so to see if your getting anymore drop in gravity. You could always tip the fermenter on edge and give it a good swirl to see if you can get the fermentation to drop anymore.
