Affordable electric source for HLT

Hey there,

I'm currently building my 3 tier all grain setup and I decided I'm not crazy about having 2 propane burners. Is there a simple electric cooktop that would be sufficient for heating up strike water for 5 gallon batches? I see lots of stuff online but I'd like to go with something that someone here has had success with. Thanks!

Cooler, SS Pot or Keggle with heatsticks or installed water heater elements.

I use a rubbermaid cooler and 2 bucket heaters for hlt
