My aeration stone has mold growing on it. I guess I didn't clean it before I put it away. Can I bleach this or should I just buy a new one?

Yeah I though about that, but it'll kill the mold and if I don't leave it in bleach very long it should be ok...right?

Would boiling work? My stone is recommended for boiling if it gets oils from fingers on it or it becomes soiled in some way.

I make a hot PBW solution and let the stone sit in it for a while.
Then I let the stone sit in boiling water for a while.
Then back to the hot PBW solution for a while.

If it were me I'd boil the stone for 10 minutes and then blow some air through it to ensure that the crude has been cleared from the pores. That should take care of any nasty growths on the stone. In the future, make sure to always thoroughly clean the stone before you quit for the day.

A good 5 min boil before every use... I just dunk in my sanitizer bucket bucket after every use and it still looks great. But I still boil before use and havnt had any ill effects.

My first few brews I only rinsed and sanitized it. There was a slight tartness to my beers. LHBS suggested I boil it because another customer had determined it to be the source of a chronic infection. I haven't had the tartness return since I've made boiling it part of my routine.
