Just done a reading and it's the same reading has sunday, is this normal? Also there is no foam on top ! Can anyone advice me on weather it's ok please.

Assuming that this beer has been fermenting for a while, and the gravity hasn't dropped since Sunday, your beer is done fermenting.

If this is something other than a final gravity reading then more information is needed to answer your question.
 
Yeah, need more information from you on this one. If your beer has been fermenting for a while, 2 readings showing the same value is a good sign it's done.

When you say there's no foam on top, what do you mean? In your fermenter or on top of the hydrometer sample in the pictures?
 
The beer looks remarkably clear in the photo and at this stage you shouldn't really expect any foam on top of it...the beer will improve if you allow it to mature / condition for a few weeks then it'll be reading for bottling or kegging...share a picture of the fermentation vessel and it might shed some more light on the matter
 
You'll rarely get an active krausen (foam) on a beer that's very near finishing gravity. More often than not, the yeast-laden foam will drop toward the bottom of your fermentor. Any samples taken should show a very mild carbonation but not an active krausen.
