Advice on my manifold

Today is the day I get my 54 quart rectangular cooler. I already have a mountain of CPVC pipe, so I'm going to make a manifold from this.

My question is: Is there an optimum size for the holes which I will drill in the bottom of the tubes, an optimum spacing between holes, and would it make sense to make two rows of smaller holes along each tube?
