Since joining homebrewtalk I have never been steered wrong when posting a question... Today I discovered one of the valves on my gas manifold is leaking by dunking it under water, it is the one circled below. It leaks when the valve is open, but not closed. The gas manifold came with a used kegerator deal. PBW ate the coating when I initially cleaned it. Anyways, is this worth fixing? Is it a simple fix? I tried tightening the nut but that didn't help, there was still a stream of bubbles coming from it. Any suggestions on a new manifold if it is better to replace? Thanks in advance!

doesnt sound like your manifold is leaking. its the valve. those are standard issue gas valve/barb combos. you can buy a new one anywhere. less than $10 i'd guess

With how old that one is, and the fact that one of the valves leaks, I'd just get a new one. I have several from Keg Connection. I also use their brass check valves for the gas leaving the manifolds. I like those better since the levers only turn 90 degrees. This is what's in mine:

I bet if you reached out to them, you could get them to use those instead of the plated valves. Especially since the two versions of the check valves cost the same. I also would use the check valves over just barbed valves (like you show in the picture) every time.

BTW, did you confirm that the worm clamps/hose connections are not leaking also? The tubing on those lines looks really thin to me. Looks like tubing from Home Despot (or similar store) not actual beverage tubing.
