any advice on a nice quick drinkable style?

i'm going extract, and for this probably only a 2.5 gallon batch

Wheats can be good to consume young.

I also like BierMunchers Cream of Three Crops for a fast turn around.

Can't go wrong with a good amber. I like to throw a little bit of rye in mine.
