I am about to step into some uncharted territory (for me at least) in regards to gravity and additives, and wanted to get some opinions on a recipe. I am aiming to brew a Thai coffee imperial stout, and was looking to get a second opinion on the ingredient load out. Thank you for any experience you can share.

OG (calculated): 1.090
IBU: 72

Pale malt (Canadian 2 row): 15.7 lbs
Roast Barley: 1.8 lbs
Chocolate Malt: 1.3 lbs
Crystal 40: 1 lb
Flaked oats: .65 lbs

Bullion hops 8.8%: 2.4 oz at 60 min.
Green cardamom pods 1/2 tsp crushed and added at 1 min.

Wyeast 1728

8oz cold brewed dark roast coffee added to secondary.
