I am about to step into some uncharted territory (for me at least) in regards to gravity and additives, and wanted to get some opinions on a recipe. I am aiming to brew a Thai coffee imperial stout, and was looking to get a second opinion on the ingredient load out. Thank you for any experience you can share.
