Any opinions of adding tart cherry juice not from concentrate to secondary for a rye pale ale planing on doing a one gallon experiment 1qt juice to 3qt beer.
 
That will give a lot of flavor. I usually put 2 quarts in 5 gallons of Flanders red.
 
That seems like a tremendous amount on a percentage basis. Personally, I would start with a lot less. Also, if you are putting that much in (25%) and it ferments out.... you may end up with a very thin beer.
