I have 8 gallons of cider that has been in the primary for 2 weeks now. It is separated evenly between 2 5gals. I have 3lbs of seedless raspberry puree from my lhbs that I am thinking of adding to only one of the batches.
Is 3lbs too much for 4 gallons of cider? Also, should I do it now or after I move it to a secondary? Any thoughts?
OG was 1.07 and its pretty much done fermenting now.
