Is it possable to add pectic enzime 2 days after fermentation starts or will it somehow destroy the u
Yeast?
 
Thank you so mutch. It made a huge fizz and noise when i put it in and it scared me that it may of harmed the yeast

No, that's due to nucleation points in the wine because of the co2 produced. Next time you add anything solid, like powder, to the wine, dissolve it in a little of the wine first and pour it in so it doesn't volcano on you!
 
Haha thank you! Ive never forgotten to add anything before so i was clueless about the nucleation from the co2. Will remember next time to disolve if i forget! Thank you for all the help! I was hoping i didnt rewin the marigold ginger, being as i used all my marigolds amd couldnt reproduice it this year!
