Adding frozen fruit

I am brewing a chocolate stout, we are going to add bourbon soaked oak...but we what a slight hint of cherry, I am going to rack the beer on to the frozen cherries, how do I ensure they are sanitized

Here is a good read. Usually with frozen fruit it is usually considered sanitized so just put it in and rack on top of it.
